Population aging is an important issue faced by human society in the 21 st century.In the early 21 st century,our country entered the population aging society,it has been more than 20 years,and the degree of aging population in our country is still deepening.With the speeding up of aging population and the gradual extension of average life expectancy,our country has increased the huge pension pressure.In the face of this severe form,a large number of new pension institutions,elderly apartments and other methods can solve some problems to a certain extent,but it is sure to cause a lot of waste of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Coupled with the family centered traditional thinking of the old in our country providing for the aged at home is the first choice of the old.Most of today’s elderly still live in old residential areas in cities,resulting in a situation of "double old"(old people and old houses).The old residential buildings in the city have become the place for the old generation of people to survive and live.However,due to the long construction age,backward construction technology level,and aging of old residential buildings and supporting facilities,they can no longer meet people’s gradually improved living quality needs,and they are no longer suitable for special groups such as the elderly to live.From the 1990 s began,the development of green building in the international stage kicked off,the development of green building in our country began in the early21 st century,the speed of development,so far the country has repeatedly put forward to vigorously develop green building and in the relevant policies,standards,technology,evaluation and constantly improve.In the "14th Five-Year Plan" issued by the state in2021,it is clearly emphasized that we should make full use of natural conditions and improve the health performance of buildings from the aspects of ventilation,daylighting and energy consumption.For optimal aging transformation of research in China started relatively late compared with abroad,most of the optimal aging research in more areas in the south of China and the northern economy is relatively developed city,and suitable for cold region of old residence aging transformation is less,because the young people in shenyang massive outflows,left a lot of old people still live in old residence.Due to the limitation of technology and other objective conditions in the early construction of old houses,these houses are no longer suitable for the elderly to live.Therefore,the old residential buildings in Shenyang city urgently need to be transformed.Due to the cold climate,buildings have to passively consume a lot of energy.In order to achieve sustainable development,green transformation is an inevitable trend.Therefore,the green transformation of old residential aging has become an inevitable choice for the elderly population in cold areas to improve the quality of pension and living.According to the above background,this paper combines the green building concept and the aging transformation in the architecture discipline to study,and summarizes three first-level indicators and six second-level indicators and their weights that affect the green transformation of residential aging.This paper chooses the residential buildings from 1990 s to early 2000 in Shenyang as the research object,and takes the No.21 Liyuan building of Wanghu in Shenyang as an example to conduct in-depth research on the green transformation for aging.In the process of research,De ST and Swile software will be used for analysis.For the research object in the study of the corresponding energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort simulation validation,the 21 st floor after transforming and transform its contrast,cold to prove the rationality of the old house comfortable green retrofit scheme of ageing and applicability,and eventually,the three kinds of retrofit scheme,for the different needs of the elderly population reference and choice,And provide a reference for the aging green transformation of old residential buildings in Shenyang city.
