| With the improvement of social and economic development,the concept of sustainable development has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people,and the development of green buildings has been paid more and more attention.Green building attaches importance to the development concept of people-oriented,and emphasizes building function standard,resource conservation,building residential quality and health,which has gradually become the main goal of building development.When China clearly puts forward that the carbon dioxide emission will reach the peak before2030 and achieve the overall goal of carbon neutralization in 2060,green building has become an inevitable trend of building development.At present,there are a large number of construction Industrial Remains abandoned due to the loss of original production functions in many domestic colleges and universities.Some colleges and universities have carried out transformation practice,but only some take green buildings as the transformation goal,and most focus on space reconstruction.Therefore,based on the concept of green building,it is of great significance for colleges and universities to transform the remains of construction industry through scientific and reasonable campus construction methods.Under the concept of green building,this subject analyzes and studies the transformation design of the remains of the construction industry in Colleges and universities.Firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the development background and value of university construction industry remains,this paper summarizes its classification and development status,and expounds the problems existing in the transformation process;Secondly,several classic cases of green reconstruction of old industrial buildings and the reconstruction of University Building Industrial Remains in China are selected for research and discussion,and their reconstruction design strategies are summarized;Then,it studies the concept,design principles and methods of green building,puts forward the principles of the reconstruction design of university building industrial remains under the concept of green building,and puts forward the design strategies of University Industrial remains under the concept of green building from five aspects: internal space design,lighting and ventilation design,enclosure structure design,outdoor environment design,energy utilization;Finally,taking the old boiler house of Lanzhou University of technology as the research case of transformation design,the dominant wind direction and the best orientation of buildings in Lanzhou are analyzed with the help of Ecotect.After comprehensively considering the climate characteristics of Lanzhou,the objectives of green campus construction,the functional space requirements of university buildings and the characteristics of campus environment,the transformation design is carried out with appropriate design strategies,and the physical properties of buildings before and after transformation are analyzed by PKPM energy-saving software.Starting from the architectural design itself and based on the concept of green building,this study explores the design strategy for the reconstruction of University Building Industrial Remains on the basis of respecting the regional climate characteristics,conforming to the green campus construction,combining the campus environmental characteristics and meeting the development needs of colleges and Universities,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption and carbon emission in the process of building operation,and create a healthy and comfortable work,study and living space for teachers and students.At the same time,through the practice of green transformation,teachers and students should establish the awareness of green,energy conservation and sustainable development,so as to promote the green development of our country. |
