This paper takes the centrifugal test equipment in aerospace medical experiments as the research background.Due to the limitations of the current animal centrifugal test equipment,such as single degree of freedom and less experimental rotating arm,a kind of animal centrifugal test equipment with variable gravity acceleration is studied and designed.This equipment can be used to study a series of adaptive changes of animal body under high gravity acceleration environment,and is of great significance to carry out pathological research under aerospace physiological conditions.With regard to the development of animal centrifugal test equipment with variable gravity acceleration,the main research is as follows:(1)According to the requirements of aerospace medical experiments,the technical indicators of animal centrifugal test equipment are analyzed and determined.The overall plan of animal centrifugal test equipment is designed and studied by the combination of theoretical analysis and practical application.The kinematics is used to analyze the motion of the animal centrifugal test equipment,and the Solid Works software is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling and overall assembly of the animal centrifugal test equipment to check the structural interference.(2)The mechanical structure of the animal centrifugal test equipment is designed,studied and theoretically calculated in order to determine the whole structure of the animal centrifugal test equipment.The strength of the spindle structure of the animal centrifugal test equipment is checked,and the stroke of the stepper motor push rod is calculated to verify the rationality of the structure.By using the ABAQUS software,the modal analysis and simulation of the key force structure of the animal centrifugal test equipment is carried out,obtaining the natural frequency,mode diagram and main deformation position of the structure.In addition,the driving power of the animal centrifugal test equipment is determined by using dynamic analysis to select the driving motor.(3)The control system plan of animal centrifugal test equipment is designed.The premise is that the functional requirements are met.The control plan composed of “PC + multi-axis motion controller” is adopted,and the hardware and software of the control system are designed.The prototype of animal centrifugal test equipment is processed and installed to verify the feasibility of animal centrifugal test equipment through operation and debugging.After the completion of the above research,this paper studies and designs a kind of animal centrifugal test equipment with four-arm structure,multiple degrees of freedom of motion and variable gravity acceleration,which has reasonable structure design,stable working process and meets the experimental requirements.It is suitable for aerospace medical loading experiments,and provides an important platform for researchers to study the pathology of animal bodies under aerospace physiological conditions.
