Gives technology performance of TWZ-1500horizontal vibrating centrifuge, analyses the working principle and material motion of the horizontal vibration centrifuge, focusing on the working principle of centrifugal horizontal vibration, kinematic parameters and process parameters. Design structure of the centrifuge and adopt three-dimensional design software Solidedge for establishing a three-dimensional solid model of complete machine.The paper makes a theoretical vibration mould for the TWZ-1500horizontal-vibrating-centrifuge. Adopt the analytical method to seek force simple harmonic vibration of the TWZ-1500horizontal-vibrating-centrifuge. Adopts MATLAB programme to affect of analyse different mass ratio, rigidity ratio and damping ratio for two stage vibration bodies on amplitude. The conclusions shall be as follows:When design TWZ-1500horizontal-vibrating-centrifuge, the larger value of mass ratio of primiary stage vibration body and secondary vibration body shall be taken. The mass ration shall be taken and enlarged by enlarging m1. The larger value of rigidity ratio shall be taken and enlarged by enlarging k1. The smaller value of damping ratio shall be taken and declined by reducing Ï1. Only by doing this, the amplitude of secondary vibration body can meet the requirements, meanwhile, the amplitude of primary vibration body is small.Carry out dynamic analysis of TWZ-1500horizontal vibration of centrifuges. Combined with finite element modeling of complex structures simplified geometry, meshing, connectivity modeling, constraints and load modeling and other related content exposition, established TWZ-1500horizontal vibrating centrifuge finite element model. Horizontal vibration of TWZ-1500centrifuge modal analysis, the TWZ-1500horizontal vibration frequency is the ideal centrifuge24.58HZ. Known parameters from the vibration motor, vibration motor excitation frequency24.33HZ, explain the selection of the vibration motor is more reasonable. Horizontal vibration of TWZ-1500centrifuge resonance analysis, the whole resonance analysis showed that, first, the amplitude of primary and secondary vibration bodies and engineering prototype test results are very consistent, indicating the theoretical analysis is correct, the vibration value to meet the design goals, the machine design is more reasonable. |
