With the development of science and technology,new energy technology has been widely used in armored vehicles due to its advantages of high energy efficiency and low noise.As the core component of new energy vehicles,the motor drive system has the characteristics of high power and high current.It will generate a lot of electromagnetic noise during operation,which will cause electromagnetic interference to on-board electronic equipment.In order to meet the needs of diversified functions such as communication,positioning,and command in modern warfare,the number and bandwidth of vehicle antennas of armored vehicles have increased,and the sensitivity of communication equipment has been increased.Vehicle electronic communication equipment is easily affected by the complex electromagnetic environment in the vehicle,which leads to the degradation of communication performance and the reduction of vehicle combat capability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the electromagnetic interference of the motor drive system to the vehicle-mounted antenna to improve the combat effectiveness,reliability and safety of the armored vehicle.The topic of the thesis comes from the scientific research project "Simulation Research on the Effect of Motor Drive System on Vehicle Antenna System".Taking the vehicle electromagnetic compatibility as the research background and the motor drive system as the research object,aiming at the electromagnetic radiation problem of the motor drive system,the research of the motor drive system is carried out.The simulation research of vehicle antenna electromagnetic interference,the main research work is as follows:1.The principle of electromagnetic interference of vehicle motor drive system is analyzed,according to the structure and working principle of the motor drive system,starting from the three elements of electromagnetic interference,the electromagnetic interference source,the coupling way and the sensitive equipment in the vehicle in the motor drive system are expounded.The numerical algorithms and application range of the commonly used electromagnetic simulation software are compared,the CST software is selected as the simulation analysis platform,and the basic principles of the main numerical algorithms of the CST software are introduced.2.Based on the method of field-circuit combination,the electromagnetic interference source model of the vehicle motor drive system is established.The interference source model is divided into two parts: high-frequency equivalent circuit and passive 3D electromagnetic model: The high-frequency equivalent circuit model of the system is established in PSpice software by taking a modular approach to modeling,the system interference voltage signal is extracted,and the correctness of the model is verified by comparing with the measured data;The 3D electromagnetic model of the motor is simplified and established based on the equivalent cable bundle method,and the 3D electromagnetic model of the vehicle cable is established according to the topology of the vehicle cable.In the CST software,the system interference voltage signal obtained from the circuit simulation is used as the excitation,and imported into the 3D electromagnetic model port of the motor and cable,and the distribution of the electric field inside the vehicle and the surface current of the vehicle caused by the operation of the motor drive system is simulated and analyzed.3.Based on the transmission-line matrix method in the CST software,the electromagnetic interference of the motor drive system to the vehicle antenna is simulated and analyzed.Three types of vehicle antenna electromagnetic models are established,including shortwave radio antenna,ultrashort wave radio antenna and satellite navigation antenna.Using the established electromagnetic interference source model of the motor drive system,the electromagnetic interference of the motor drive system to the vehicle antenna in different working frequency bands and different installation positions is simulated and analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the electromagnetic interference of the vehicle antenna driven by the motor exceeds the standard,the technical means of filtering and shielding are adopted to suppress the electromagnetic interference of the system,and the rectification effect is verified by simulation.
