Cause Analysis Of Collapse Accident Based On STAMP Model

The construction industry is an important material production sector of the national economy,and it is closely related to the development of the entire national economy and the improvement of people’s lives.The increasing construction,especially the huge investment in engineering construction and the huge scale of employees,make the consequences of construction safety accidents extremely serious and huge.Every year,more employees are killed due to safety accidents,and the direct economic loss exceeds 10 billion yuan.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct scientific and accurate causal analysis on construction accidents.Through the analysis of the causes of construction accidents,we can timely understand the operation status of engineering buildings,and arrange inspections and inspections in advance,which is conducive to preventing the occurrence of building safety accidents.This thesis aims to analyze the causes of construction accidents,analyzes the literature and combines actual construction cases,and constructs a construction accident control structure diagram.In order to systematically analyze the causes of construction accidents and effectively prevent similar accidents,a specific collapse investigation report was taken as the research sample,the STAMP model is used from the control point of view from three aspects:the physical layer,the base layer level and the management layer.The control defects that lead to the accident are analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the accident control measures and suggestions are put forward.The results show that the cause analysis method of building construction accident based on STAMP is scientific,reasonable and practical.The STAMP model can not only analyze the causes of each level,but also find out the reasons for the interaction between the levels and between different organizations within the level;the unsafe control actions at the grassroots level directly lead to the accident,but it depends on the management factors.The reason for the management is the focus of preventing similar accidents.The STAMP safety accident model based on system theory can well describe the changes of the internal components of the system and the interaction between them,providing a systematic perspective for the analysis of accident causes,grasping the complexity and dynamics of the system as a whole,and comprehensively analyzing and understand the accident,reveal the deep mechanism of the system security accident.
