| The elevator,from the old simple lifting equipment,gradually developed into an important transportation tool in modern architecture.Because of the complexity and uncertainty of the elevator system,the traditional elevator mathematical model and control mode can not adapt to the complex operation changes,and there are still many problems and limitations.In this paper,the object modeling method and the control method of changing the number of elevators based on load change are used to study the elevator system modeling and group control.The main research contents are as follows:1)On the basis of analyzing the development history,research hotspot and system principle of elevator,using the Saridis hierarchical theory,combined with the elevator control system,a hierarchical control method for elevator system is proposed.The order is clear,at the same time,the scope of work handled by each level is gradually reduced and the accuracy of problem solving is improved.2)The frame diagram of the whole system is divided into two parts:the simulation model of the controlled object and the control system.By using object-oriented model design method,the elevator system is divided into four categories,passenger,floor,queue and elevator;The message interaction between classes,the overall operation mode of the system,the initialization process of the controlled object and the overall operation process of the system are studied.The results show that,the object-oriented modeling method simplifies the design difficulty of the system,realizes the process of people entering and leaving,ascending and descending by ladder and controlling the operation of the elevator object,and obtains the operation parameters output by the system.3)Based on the existing elevator operation system object model,the elevator system teamwork control strategy is studied,the teamwork control system and single elevator controller are separated from the modeling,which improves the flexibility of control algorithm implementation.Studying the passenger arrival density of elevator group control system,the existing group control strategy,and so on;Summarize and analyze the transportation performance data chart of a single elevator under different conditions;The improved control strategy is used to change the number of elevators based on the load variation,and the case simulation is carried out;The results show that,this strategy solves the problem of waiting time,efficiency and energy consumption of elevator system to be optimized to a certain extent,and has good control effect;Finally,the classification of control mode and data communication method of elevator system are analyzed.Simulation results show that,compared with the traditional research methods,the objectoriented model of elevator control system and control strategy of changing the number of elevators based on load changes,can simplify the model design process,effectively improve the overall performance of elevator group control system,achieve the research goal of saving time,efficient operation and reducing energy consumption,has certain practical significance and application value. |
