| The purpose of the integration of the road network within the urban agglomeration is to break the status quo of each administrative region and department fighting against each other,establish an integrated plan for the unified utilization of the traffic resources within the urban agglomeration,and build an integrated road network to realize the interconnection of the urban agglomeration.So as to promote the development of urban agglomerations.The Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is the core economic zone in the central region of my country and one of the comprehensive reform pilot zones for the construction of a resourcesaving and environment-friendly society in the country.It is of great significance to promote the "One Belt,One Road" strategy of Hunan Province.This paper takes the fifteen districts and counties of the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area as the research object,and based on the existing domestic and foreign research results,it deeply analyzes the concept,signs and development concept of road network integration from the theoretical level,and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Research on the road network integration index system in the urban agglomeration of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.Based on the integration perspective of breaking administrative divisions,balancing the development of various districts,and sharing internal resources and combining the current situation of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area,the main content of the evaluation index system is determined,and an evaluation index system for the integration of road networks in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area is established.The target layer is the integration of urban agglomeration road network planning and construction,the criterion layer is three aspects of scale rationality,network balance,and smooth connection,and the index layer is nine indicators.The annual road network and socioeconomic data are used as research samples to evaluate the integrated development and evolution level of the urban road network.And based on the research results of the index system,the relevant coupling coordination analysis was made on the integration level of the road network in the ChangZhu-Tan metropolitan area and the population,economy and society;Put forward relevant optimization countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area has a good foundation for the integrated development of the road network in terms of the existing stock.By analyzing the integrated natural environment,social economy and overall status of the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area,it is found that the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area has good conditions for integrated development in terms of geographical location and development practice.At the same time,in the process of rapid improvement of the integrated development of the road network in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area,certain achievements have been made in the optimization and incremental construction of the road network and other infrastructure.(2)Combined with the time series,through the analysis of two stages,the characteristics of the integrated construction of the road network in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area are obtained.The first stage is from 1997 to 2007.This is ten years.With the establishment of the provincial-level coordination agency for the integrated development of Chang-ZhuTan economy in 1997,the integration of the road network in the urban areas of Chang-ZhuTan has shown a rapid development trend,and its scale is reasonable.And the network balance has developed rapidly,with the overall level quantitatively rising by 311%.The second stage is from 2007 to 2020.In the past 13 years,the road network in the Chang-ZhuTan metropolitan area has begun to take shape.The over-flight development of the road network is no longer an urgent need.The upward trend has slowed down slightly,and the road network has been pursued more.The stage of high-quality development,this stage pays more attention to the development of smooth connection,and the overall level has increased by 300%.(3)In order to further improve the integration of the road network in the Chang-ZhuTan metropolitan area and make it continue to maintain the good development momentum of the road network integration,combined with the analysis of the integrated evaluation results of the road network in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area and the comprehensive evolution analysis,and The fifth chapter analyzes the coupling and coordination of the integrated development of the road network in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area,and proposes four problems in the current road network integration in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area.First,the scale of infrastructure in some areas of the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area is lacking.Second,the road network balance in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area needs to be improved.Third,the connectivity of the road network in the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area needs to be strengthened.slightly out of balance.It is proposed that these problems can be solved from three aspects:strengthening planning formulation and implementation,continuing to promote road network infrastructure construction,and broadening investment and financing channels for transportation infrastructure. |
