With the transformation development of global energy,China is also gradually establishing a clean,low-carbon and efficient new energy system,and continuously improve the proportion of renewable energy power installed capacity,so as to reduce various environmental problems resulting from the utilization of coal,oil and other traditional fossil energy.But there are still many problems,mainly concentrated in the stable operation of power grid after connected with the new energy power generation and serious abandoned wind and abandoned light phenomenon due to the lack of market demand.Therefore,it is necessary to study the natural characteristics of renewable energy and the characteristics of power generation and network operation,improve the promotion of renewable energy consumption strategy and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the demand-side.So that it can participate in the regulation of real-time balance of power supply and demand to improve the utilization ratio of natural resources,reduce the phenomenon of abandoned wind and abandoned light and so on.Meanwhile,we need to seek a more economical and environmentally friendly way to use electricity,ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,and make the development of electric power meet the goal of industrial transformation and industrial upgrading in China at the present stage.By analyzing the current development of renewable energy in China and the problems encountered in the development,and combining with the characteristics of intermittent and fluctuation of renewable energy power generation,this paper proposed different strategies from the perspective of power generation enterprises,Power Grid Corp and users respectively,with the aim to make the participating parties in the actual operation to meet the characteristics of renewable energy.Power generation enterprises can establish new energy trading related incentive mechanism.Power Grid Corps can reclassify,adjust and optimize the current peak and valley time and appropriately increase the peak and valley spread.We should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the demand side,implement load integration strategy and encourage the power users to participate in the power scheduling to realize the peak shift to fill in the valley,reduce system peak and valley difference.Meanwhile,we need to improve the energy storage technology,electric vehicle charging technology and solar photovoltaic power generation technology in order to increase the utilization rate of renewable energy resources such as wind,light and other renewable energy sources during the peak hours of electricity utilization.In order to quantify the feasibility of the proposed strategies,grasp the development potential of the project and explore the actual impact on the power grid operation after the implementation of these strategies,the evaluation index system of power generation side,power network side and user side are established in this paper,respectively.Separate cost benefit models are established for the involved parties.Based on cost benefit analysis method and examples,the effect evaluation of the proposed strategy to promote renewable energy consumption is carried out.The results indicate that these strategies did play an important role of promoting renewable energy consumption,reducing the peak valley difference and enhancing the safety and stable operation of power system.At the same time,it fully explains the important significance of mobilizing the demand side resources to participate in the operation of the electricity market in the future.
