Research On Planning And Design Of Characteristic Town Based On Chinese Traditional Construction Theory

In December 2015,President Xi gave an important instruction on "Characteristic Towns":"There is great potential for building characteristic towns and small towns." This instruction serves as a guideline for building characteristic towns and upgrading traditional enterprises.Zhejiang is the birthplace of characteristic towns,a concept first proposed in Hangzhou in 2014.In 2016,the Ministry of Housing and Construction and other central authorities began to construct the characteristic towns.Since then,the characteristic towns have entered a stage of rapid development.Zhejiang,as the pioneer of the characteristic towns,has accumulated a lot of valuable experience.As a result,such towns are now in full bloom.In view of the current problems faced by enterprises,this paper,starting from solving practical problems,insists on the enterprise’s rosewood culture,coupled with the rise of the surrounding tourism industry,the relevant theories are sorted out and studied,with the enterprise mehogany culture as the core of the characteristic town planning,and the ancient architecture as the inheritance coat of the characteristic town construction.First of all,this paper analyzes and studies the existing concepts of Chinese traditional construction and characteristic towns,and summarizes the relevant theoretical research of characteristic towns.Secondly,it summarizes the origin,development and existing achievements of domestic and foreign characteristic towns,and selects some similar excellent cases for analysis and summary.Then,it analyzes the significance of the inheritance of mehogany culture in the construction and development of characteristic towns,analyzes how to drive the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry and the integration of tourism development,and creates the projects of industrial upgrading and transformation,integration of cultural features,inheritance of Redwood culture of enterprises and participation in characteristic tourism,and makes in-depth discussion and Research on relevant cultural details for the development of enterprises Make further preparations for the exhibition.Finally,the paper applies the idea of regulatory compilation of large scenic spots to guide the characteristic town,and provides a reference for the relevant requirements.Taking the excavation,inheritance and development of culture as the key points of the planning and compilation of characteristic towns,it puts forward the specific contents of different levels in the planning and compilation of characteristic towns from the perspective of cultural guidance,and takes the participation in the practice case of China mahogany home culture park as an example,combined with the specific content of this paper.The construction of characteristic towns should adhere to the two development frameworks of industrial upgrading and tourism culture,and realize the new mode of"production"+"tourism".In terms of architectural style,it has ancient architectural style and local cultural customs;in terms of mechanism,it is an innovative mode with government planning spirit as the leading factor,enterprise development as the main body and social groups participating together.
