| Airlines provide transportation services for people’s travel,which are popular among groups such as business travelers.They also attract more and more foreign or private capital to enter the aviation market,exacerbating competition among airlines.The competition among airlines ultimately boils down to service competition,as well as talent competition among flight attendants.Strengthening the performance evaluation of flight attendants can not only improve their work enthusiasm,but also improve the quality of service provided by airlines.This thesis takes the performance appraisal of flight attendants in the cabin department of BH Airlines as the research object,analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the performance appraisal of flight attendants in the cabin department,and puts forward an optimization scheme based on questionnaire survey,literature research and other methods,aiming to improve the scientificity,fairness and comprehensiveness of the performance appraisal of flight attendants.The research conclusions of this thesis include the following aspects: First,based on the questionnaire survey method,it summarizes the problems in the performance evaluation of flight attendants in the cabin department of BH Airlines,including unreasonable performance evaluation indicators,unscientific evaluation cycle,relatively backward evaluation methods,and inadequate application of evaluation results.The second is to analyze the causes of problems in the performance appraisal of flight attendants in the cabin department of BH Airlines based on the performance appraisal theory,fairness theory and expectation theory.The company does not attach importance to the performance appraisal of flight attendants,the appraisal operation process is not standardized,there is a lack of in-depth job responsibility analysis,the formulated performance appraisal content does not conform to reality,and there is a lack of effective performance feedback mechanism.The third is to design performance appraisal indicators from four dimensions based on BSC method,use analytic hierarchy process and KPI method to determine the score of each indicator,classify and optimize the cycle of performance appraisal,adopt scientific methods to strengthen the fairness of performance appraisal,and fully apply the results of performance appraisal.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal plan for flight attendants in the Cabin Department of BH Airlines,the thesis proposes safeguard measures from three aspects: management organization,appraisal system and corporate culture.First,establish a performance appraisal guidance committee and an appraisal implementation supervision committee.Second,improve the performance appraisal supervision system and the appraisal result appeal system.Third,establish an enterprise strategic performance appraisal culture and strengthen the people-oriented performance appraisal communication mechanism,This can ensure that the performance appraisal level of flight attendants in the cabin department can be improved. |
