Research On Risk Management Of A Company’s Aircraft Maintenance Training

With the steady and rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry in China,the demand for high quality maintenance technicians in civil aviation maintenance industry has risen sharply.Aircraft maintenance,as an important guarantee for safe flight,puts forward higher requirements for the technical level of maintenance personnel,while training is the main channel for maintenance personnel to improve their maintenance skills.Maximizing training benefits is the common goal of many civil aviation maintenance enterprises.With the increasing investment of civil aviation maintenance enterprises in training,the uncertainty of training income increases,and the possibility of suffering training risk increases.Therefore,the risk in the training process of aircraft maintenance personnel is analyzed,identified and dealt with urgentlyBy using the relevant theory of risk management,this paper studies the training of aircraft maintainers in A company,analyzes the risks in the training process and the impact of these risks on the training,finds out the reasons and solutions for the poor training effect,improves the training system and the quality of training.On the stage of risk identification,we understand the current situation of aircraft maintenance training in A company,and decompose its training process in WBS.Combined with brainstorming method,causality diagram method and risk decomposition structure method,risk identification is carried out in stages from the early,middle and later stages of training implementation.The possible risk sources in the training process are summarized:a total of 14 sub-items in five categories.That has made a good start for the smooth development of the follow-up risk assessment work.In the stage of risk assessment,through the design of questionnaires,the AHP method and pairwise comparison method are used to construct the hierarchical structure model and judgment matrix the training of aircraft maintainers in A company.Summarize the frequency of all kinds of risks and the impact of risk consequences.Under the risk response and monitoring phase,the risk is classified into three categories:major risk,minor risk and general risk according to the characteristics of the training risk of A company’s aircraft maintenance division,which can effectively take countermeasures,including increasing the training demand audit,strictly controlling the qualification of participants,training part-time teachers,key logic continuity verification,and monitoring the key work and key areas in the training risk of A company’s aircraft maintenance division in the form of monitoring sheet.A innovation of this paper is to divide the training risk assessment of aircraft maintenance personnel into three levels with progressive relationship,and introduces risk management methods in the early,middle and later stages of training implementation,to identify,evaluate and analyze risks more concretely,and finally to design and formulate corresponding risk schemes to better deal with risks.
