With the rapid growth of e-commerce,many enterprises have established online direct sales channels and formed a dual channel sales mode.At the same time,In order to respond to the "low carbon and environmental protection" policy advocated by the state,in order to improve economic efficiency,more and more enterprises begin to carry out recycling and in the production process to increase the recovery and remanufacturing links,and closed-loop supply chain has gradually become the key to realize cost saving.The progress of technology and the constant change of consumer preferences lead to the high uncertainty of market demand,which seriously affects the decisions on dual-channel closed-loop supply chain considering logistics service level.In addition,with the increasing demand of consumers’after-sales service,the service cost of supply chain increases,which have effects on the decisions of supply chain.Therefore,in order to ensure the good operation of the dual channel closed-loop supply chain network,it is necessary to consider the impact of service level on each decision.In conclusion,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the decisions on dual channel closed-loop supply chain considering service level.In view of this,based on the characteristics of market demand certainty and uncertainty.this paper researches the decision problems of the dual channel closed-loop supply chain give thought of the service level,constructs the decision problems of the supply chain considering the profit maximization The decision model of horizontal dual channel closed-loop supply chain is applied in practice.The principal contents includes the following points:(1)Establishing a model of dual channel closed-loop supply chain considering service level with demand is certain.Because the market demand of dual channel supply chain is predictable and the inventory demand of manufacturers and retailers is known,only the demand can solve the optimal service level.In general,considering the market demand as predictable and determinate is the basis of studying the decision-making of the supply chain when the demand is uncertain.According to the characteristics of the dual channel closed-loop supply chain,on the basis of the demand determined,the profit function models of the centralized decision-making and the decentralized decision-making are established,and the optimal service level is solved;By analyzing and proving the propositions,we can see that the profit of manufacturers is affected by the recycling price of waste products and the service level of retailers.At the same time,improving the service level will lead to the high service cost of retailers,thus reducing the profit of retailers.In order to ensure that consumers can enjoy a higher service level and solve the problem of high service cost of retailers,the service cost allocation decision of manufacturers is established and solved;a numerical example analysis is performed to verify the effectiveness of the service cost allocation decision of Dual-Channel closed-loop supply chain Considering Logistics Service Level.(2)Establishing a model of dual channel closed-loop supply chain considering service level when demand is uncertain.Because the market demand of dual channel supply chain is difficult to predict and the inventory demand of manufacturers and retailers is unknown,it is necessary to add exogenous random variables to the deterministic demand of dual channel based on the research of market demand certainty,and solve the inventory and optimal service level that meet the stochastic demand of dual channel.In order to ensure that consumers can enjoy a higher service level and solve the problem of high service cost of retailers,the manufacturer’s service cost allocation decision is established and solved;a numerical example analysis is performed to verify the effectiveness of the service cost allocation decisions on Dual-Channel closed-loop supply chain Considering Logistics Service Level.(3)Application Research:Take Company W as an example.The background of W company is introduced;based on the actual data of W company.the optimal service level of retailer,the optimal service cost sharing coefficient of manufacturer and the optimal recycling price of waste products when the market demand of Y products of W company is determined.At the same time,the stochastic partial inventory of dual channel demand when the market demand of Y products of W company is uncertain,the optimal service level of retailer,the optimal sharing coefficient of service cost of manufacturer and the optimal recycling price of waste products are calculated;the corresponding theoretical guidance and management enlightenment are provided for the actual operation of W company,For example,manufacturers can reduce the recovery price and encourage retailers to improve the service level to promote profits,and promote long-term cooperation by sharing part of the service costs of retailers.This paper proves the usefulness of service cost allocation decision for double-channel closed-loop supply chain considering service level.This paper studies the optimal decisions on dual-channel closed-loop supply chain considering logistics service level,when the market demand is determined;studies the optimal service level decision problems of retailer,random partial inventory of dual channel demand when the demand is uncertain.In order to promote the long-term cooperation between manufacturers and retailers,the decisions of service cost sharing between manufacturers and retailers is put forward,and the decisions of service cost sharing in dual channel closed-loop supply chain is verified by application research,which can provide decisions reference for the development of enterprises.
