In this dissertation, the characteristics of the supply chain management oriented to product family are presented. Some key technologies on the supply chain management for product family are researched. the research achievements are put into practice on the base of an automotive parts group. In the first chapter, the backgrounds of mass customization and supply chain management are described respectively. The relationship between mass customization and product family is specified. The current situation of research for product family and supply chain management is reviewed. The main content and structure of this dissertation are given. In the second chapter, the modularization and standardization of product family are discussed. The characteristics of the supply chain management for product family are presented. Then the supply chain model for product family is built. In chapter 3, the characteristics of supply chain planning oriented to product family are analyzed. Based on the master BOM of product family, the concept of master task point is presented to describe the node. With the master bills of materials (BOM) extended as a unified framework and the total costs and lead time of the supply chain system used as optimization target, the quantitative mathematical model is built to optimze the supply chain planning. Moreover, the model is represented by the directed weighted graph. And the dynamical planning method is used to acquire the optimum supply chain planning scheme. In chapter 4, the collaborative allocation of General modules in the same-level supply network is presented to solve the deviation between requirement and planning. The specific meaning of the general module is analyzed in the different customization layer of mass customization paradigm. In terms of loss on inventory shortage, loss on inventory excess and allocation cost, the relevant directed weighted bipartite graph is built. The graph is translated into the network flow model in order to acquire the optimal allocation scheme. In chapter 5, the requirements of performance management system of supply chain for product family (SCPMSPF) are analyzed. Based on data warehouse, all products, general parts and components, customized parts and components in product family and all members of supply chain are integrated to really realize information share. The logistic processes of SCPMSPF were given. And the architecture of SCPMSPF including data integration layer, performance control layer, work flow layer and resolving exception layer was built. In the 6th chapter, the research achievements are put into practice combined with the information project of an automotive parts group.Chapter 7 reviews the achievements and innovations of this dissertation, and gives the prospect for the future work.
