| Photovoltaic power generation technology is a hot research direction of renewable energy at home and abroad.Scientists are trying to apply this kind of clean energy to the automotive industry with huge market demand,for example,to supply power for the auxiliary modules of the car,so as to reduce the power consumption of the car battery itself.In the hot summer weather,long-term parking will lead to high temperature in the car,so passengers are not allowed to enter the cab immediately.Therefore,the design of an intelligent vehicle temperature control system based on photovoltaic power generation has great market demand and important significance.Firstly,we analyze the heat source in the cab of the electric vehicle,and define the working condition of the vehicle photovoltaic intelligent temperature control system based on the demand of the electric vehicle self cooling in summer.In the state of shutdown and flameout,solar energy is the most ideal energy source.In this concept,we propose the overall hardware framework of photovoltaic cell system based on DC.Compared with the current traditional automobile air conditioning system,we will cover a large area of photovoltaic film on the roof and body of the car,which will work together with the battery in the car to supply power for the air conditioning system.The ventilation fan is embedded in the skylight as an auxiliary cooling mode.We also introduced the physical principles of photovoltaic materials and batteries respectively.According to their characteristics and common mathematical models,we chose boost circuit as the interface circuit of photovoltaic cells,and buck boost circuit as the interface circuit of batteries,which is connected with DC bus.Based on the function of intelligent temperature control system and the characteristics of electric vehicle power system,we put forward the control strategy of our whole temperature control system.Under different external conditions and battery conditions,the system will automatically judge and enter into different modes.Under the condition that the battery has a certain amount of electricity,the temperature in the car will be adjusted to a comfortable area acceptable to the human body to the maximum extent.In order to optimize photovoltaic power generation,we use the maximum power point tracking algorithm of photovoltaic power generation technology,and discuss the characteristics of several mainstream algorithms.In order to ensure the stable operation of the system and the performance of the battery,we propose a charge and discharge control strategy based on the state of charge of the battery. |
