As global digital economy develops,data service is proliferating day by day,and the data center for processing,storage and exchange is also moving towards a large-scale.The low efficiency and poor reliability of the traditional data center power supply system have become one of the key problems restricting the efficient operation of the data center.In this context,it is of great significance to consider more efficient and reliable power supply systems to provide more stable and high-quality power for data centers.Based on the phase shift transformer in ’ Panama’ power supply structure,this thesis designs a new DC power supply system for data center.For the existing power supply system based on ’ Panama ’ power structure,a simplified scheme of power supply system is proposed,which simplifies the multi-stage converter into a three-phase bridge rectifier and a DC converter.According to the characteristics of multiphase output,the parallel mode of input DC bus of DC converter is optimized.According to the actual needs,choose the appropriate winding method.The turn ratio of each winding of phase shift transformer is calculated by vector diagram,and the phase shift angle of each winding is analyzed to obtain the winding method of phase shift transformer.On this basis,based on the ampere-turn balance law,the total harmonic distortion of the primary winding current of the phase shift transformer under different phases is calculated.Considering the economy and actual effect,the12-phase phase shift transformer is selected.The relationship between interleaved phase number and output current ripple,output voltage ripple and loss of interleaved buck converter is analyzed.And combined with the phase shift transformer phase,select 6 interleaved buck.The current sharing technology of parallel operation of multiphase converters is analyzed,and the digital control current sharing method is selected.According to the system characteristics and load characteristics,LADRC control algorithm is selected,and current sharing control is added to the control algorithm.The state space averaging method is used to establish the small signal model of the system,so as to set the control algorithm parameters.A 5k W power supply system prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the designed system and control method.The experimental results show that the response speed of the LADRC control algorithm is about 1 / 5 of that of the traditional PI control,the total harmonic distortion of the input current is about 2.5 %,and the ripple of the 6-way buck converter is reduced by about 85 % compared with that of the single channel.All indicators meet the design requirements.
