In the 21 st century and under the background of "double reduction" policy,quality education has become an important policy concept of current education reform and development.The Twenty clearly pointed out that the future education should break the boundaries between disciplines,integrate the resources inside and outside the school,treat the society as a classroom,and treat the world as a textbook.At the same time,with the country’s proposal of the concept of child-friendly city and community,development goals and long-term planning,the future combination of child-friendly community and out-of-school quality education is an inevitable trend of the development of The Times.Out-of-school education is a practical classroom to realize the comprehensive and healthy growth of children,and the community can provide a safe,reasonable and friendly place for the realization of out-of-school quality education activities."Tuosile Park" shared space service design is a set of service design system that promotes online and offline one-stop teaching mode by building an Internet platform,realizing resource integration.With the support and help of the government,the government and the community should take the lead to establish an effective relationship with school education,rationally arrange the content and time of quality-oriented education courses,and systematically allocate education staff.In addition,establish public or commercial partnerships with social organizations.Multi-party interaction + online and offline to create a new ecology of community-based education.This thesis expounds the source and basis of the research direction,starting from the child-friendly concept,quality education parallel.The first chapter expounds the general background of the research,and analyzes and summarizes the relevant concepts and cases at home and abroad.The second chapter carries out desktop research and user research.Through PEST analysis,quantitative and qualitative research on users,the user portrait and user journey map are sorted out,so as to analyze users’ pain points and appeals and find opportunity points.The third chapter describes the service design and planning of "Toselle Park",using the relevant theoretical basis of service design,starting from the construction of four friendly concepts,and planning a relatively complete service design system through stakeholders,service process and service blueprint.The fourth chapter explains the service design output of "Toselle Park",introduces the brand image and wechat mini program design.The fifth chapter planned the operation design of "Tuosile Park",built the private domain system based on wechat and planned a number of marketing methods.Taking the cultural activity "Dream Back to Tang Dynasty" as an example,the activity operation plan is carried out based on Hook model.Finally,according to the construction norms of children’s activity space,the indoor space scene design was carried out with Beijing Xinggong Yuan Community as the practice base.This thesis hopes to provide new design ideas and creative ideas for social forces to intervene in community education services,build a comprehensive brand of children’s quality education with children as the bond,family as the fulcrum and community as the platform,and create a healthy,loving and intelligent growth space,so as to build a joint mechanism of children’s community education.
