With the continuous development and growth of the air transportation industry,the pressure of large airport ground traffic volume,density,and flight transportation volume is increasing day by day,which leads to increasing operational pressure on airports.The command efficiency of airports is also receiving increasing attention from various airports.Generally speaking,this contradiction can be alleviated through airport expansion and the addition of blind spots on towers.However,due to the current situation where Chinese airports mainly control non monitored areas through controllers,there are significant safety hazards at airports,which cannot meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.For a long time,the operation of aircraft apron management in China has been entrusted to the joint responsibility of airports and third parties,resulting in a management blind spot.The related contradictions and problems have become increasingly intense due to the joint responsibility.The area and height of the terminal in the airport have obstructed the view of the administrator,causing controllers to be unable to determine the current operational status of the aircraft and provide accurate command instructions.The emergence of this situation is not conducive to the safe operation of the airport,but also greatly hinders the efficiency of the airport.Optimizing and improving the apron operation and management of civil aviation is urgent in the current context.The proposes relevant rules for aircraft scheduling and apron control at airports based on the problems existing in airport operations,and proposes algorithms for planning aircraft time.According to the simulation results,the apron control algorithm proposed can effectively coordinate various levels of airport resources and allocate the interrelationships of various aircraft.The accuracy of this algorithm mainly depends on the accurate provision of various service guarantee measures,and various parameters have a significant impact on the results.These parameters mainly include aircraft sliding time,exit time,driving time,and airport arrangements for aircraft positions,These factors are all considered within the constraints of the computational model.After putting forward the algorithm model,built the apron control system based on computer network and 360-degree video monitoring technology.Due to the introduction of this kind of special equipment,the controller’s burden is greatly reduced,which is conducive to coordinating the relationship between various resources.At the same time,digital control of the apron has been completed,fundamentally improving the operational efficiency of the airport and providing strong support for its further development.
