In recent years,the construction of new infrastructure has made overall arranged and vigorously promoted.At the same time,the informatization construction of "new infrastructure" projects has also been promoted.The smart pipe gallery system integration project is to intelligently upgrade the underground comprehensive pipe gallery infrastructure.The characteristics of the projects are of large scale,multi-platforms,and complex on-site environment.The difficulty of the project risk management was increased by numerous risk points and risk factors.Once out of control,serious consequences and economic losses would be caused.Therefore,higher requirements were put forward for the integrated enterprise to improve the risk identification and management capabilities of the project.And theoretical value and practical significance have been made by risk management of the project.A total of 25 risk factors have been identified from five levels of customers,technical solutions,cost management,stakeholders,and partners through the analysis of the risk status of company L’s smart pipe gallery system integration project.And a risk indicator system which including 23 risk factors was finally established by the form of questionnaires from expert opinions.According to the scoring results of experts’ rating of each risk factor,the evaluation matrix of five first-level risk factors is obtained,and after calculation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result vectors are obtained respectively,so the risk level of the entire project was obtained.Then the overall risk evaluation,scores and the risk probability of each risk factor were followed.On this basis,different risk control strategies are formulated for the main risk factors.Using the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk factors of the smart pipe gallery project,project risk and necessary prior intervention could be predicted for company L.At the same time,the efficiency and level of company L’s risk management were greatly improved by using quantitative analysis of project risk factors.Great value to the successful bid-winning and successful delivery of the project was proved by using risk management theories and methods to guide risk management work.And also a valuable reference for the risk management of other similar projects will be provided in the future.
