As one of the important equipment in optical research,spectrometer is widely used in various fields.As an important part of optical system,spectrometer often needs to be integrated with other equipment to complete research.Most spectrometer software systems are limited to the control of single device,making it difficult to support system integration.In addition,spectrometer software often focuses on equipment control,yet data processing functions are not complete,and the algorithms are mostly classic algorithms,so that spectral data processing often requires help from other software.To solve these problems,researches on software system and spectral data processing algorithm are carried out.The specific work is as follows:(1)In response to the integration requirement,an integrated software system of spectrometer is designed and implemented.This system adopts modular design,based on equipment integration and data processing,different functional modules such as spectrum acquisition,data processing and analysis,and data operation being set up.Experimental results show that this system can realize integration of different spectrometers,and complete smoothing,peak finding,baseline correction,and component identification for spectrum.(2)Research on spectral data processing algorithms,design and implement a set of data processing algorithms.An adaptive wavelet peak finding method is proposed,reducing manual intervention.Optimize baseline correction algorithm based on wavelet transform,solving over-fitting problem in overlapping peak area,improve accuracy of baseline calculation.A mixture component identification algorithm based on spectral fitting is proposed,solving problems caused by peak overlap and coverage,improving recognition accuracy.(3)Apply integrated software system of spectrometer to the Judd-Ofelt theoretical analysis of rare earth ion spectroscopy.Taking this system to integrates spectrometer,making spectrum acquisition and data processing,calculating the spontaneous radiation transition probability of rare earth ions.Experimental results show that the calculation error is within the acceptable range,and system can be applied to practical problems,realizing spectral data processing and analysis of rare earth materials.In response to the integration requirement,a spectrometer integrated software system that can be used for equipment integration has been developed and applied to the spectroscopic analysis of rare earth materials.Related research provides a solution for spectrometer integration and lays the foundation for multi-device integration.
