Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Rural Home Stay In Northern Guangxi From The Perspective Of Local Culture Experience

With the rapid development of social economy,people ’s living standards have been improved.Faced with the pressure in the city,people begin to yearn for vacation places with beautiful natural environment.In recent years,the rapid development of rural homestay,its unique local folk culture and experience culture,favored by people.As one of the key projects of rural tourism development,rural homestay industry can promote the transformation of rural economic system,narrow the distance between urban and rural development,and effectively improve the economic development of rural areas in China.Northern Guangxi has a unique natural environment resources.The traditional ancient village buildings are well preserved and have high cultural and artistic value.As the carrier of rural homestay,traditional ancient dwellings lack local cultural characteristics,blindly pursue spatial functions and modern characteristics in the design process of homestay renovation and reuse.Therefore,through the research on the experience design of rural homestay in northern Guangxi,using the methods of field investigation and case analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the design of rural homestay in northern Guangxi,and puts forward the design practice strategy and theoretical reference for the sustainable design and development of rural homestay in northern Guangxi.The content of this article is mainly divided into six parts.The first chapter focuses on clarifying the historical background significance of its research,the relevant research review at home and abroad,and the content and methods of its research.The second chapter is a brief overview of rural homestay,combing the relevant literature and theory of scholars at home and abroad,drawing on previous research theory and experience,analysis and induction of the cultural value of rural homestay.The third part mainly expounds the development status of rural homestay and the existing problems of homestay design,and summarizes the design direction of rural homestay.The fourth part mainly analyzes and summarizes the design cases of rural homestay,and finally draws the application method of local cultural elements in the design of homestay.The fifth part combines theory with practice,and puts forward the design methods and principles of the renovation project of villagers ’ houses in old counties of Guilin.Finally,according to the refinement and reshaping of local cultural elements,it is applied to the design of rural homestays.The sixth part,conclusions and prospects,summarizes the previous research content,draws corresponding conclusions,and finally summarizes the shortcomings of this study,and prospects the rural B&B renovation design and other prospects.
