Research On The Design Of Yongding Homestay Based On The Perspective Of Local Culture

In recent years,driven by the rapid development of my country’s tourism industry,the international market competition in the homestay industry has become increasingly fierce.Due to its special functions,homestays have been favored by people in recent years and have become one of the hot spots in the tourism accommodation industry.As modern people have a growing yearning for cultural experiences and experiences in tourism,people hope to feel different traditions and local cultures in different geographical environments,so it is particularly important to explore the fit of local culture and homestays.But at present,the rapid development of homestays makes the design positioning inaccurate,and the lack of local culture leads to serious homogeneity and lack of in-depth experience.Therefore,from the perspective of local culture,this article discusses the application of local culture in the design of homestays,and conducts in-depth analysis,in order to obtain beneficial experience for homestay design through the analysis.This article is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly focuses on clarifying the historical background and significance of its research,a summary of domestic and foreign related research,and its research content and methods.The second chapter first briefly introduces the homestay-related knowledge overview,development status and existing problems in homestay design,and combines the questionnaire survey to analyze the choices and needs of tourists for homestays,and summarizes the design direction of homestays.The third part first gives an overview of the local culture,and then summarizes the necessity of integrating local culture into the design of a homestay,and finally analyzes the application method of the local culture in the design of a homestay,which plays a vital role in its subsequent design practice..The fourth part is a combination of theory and practice.First,conduct research and analysis of Yongding District and the project location in Fujian.Secondly,the project positioning of Tianyilou B&B is carried out.Finally,according to the shaping principles and application methods of local culture in the design of B&B,the Tianyilou is analyzed.Design and analysis of the homestay.
