The online detection of urban rail transit pantograph and catenary operation is a device and system for power supply discipline to monitor the current collection relationship between pantograph and catenary by installing monitoring camera,infrared camera,arc detection and other equipment on the top of the train.Its technology involves cross disciplines such as machine vision,network communication technology,edge computing technology,intelligent recognition,software development and vehicle engineering.To ensure the reliability of current collection between pantograph and catenary of urban rail transit vehicles and improve the operation quality of urban rail transit;It is necessary to conduct real-time calculation and analysis on the detection data,timely identify potential pantograph and catenary defects and upload them to the ground intelligent operation and maintenance center,so as to turn the potential risks of operating vehicles into controllable risks.The catenary pantograph and catenary online detection equipment is installed on the metro operating vehicles.Due to the large amount of detection data and the limitation of the vehicle wireless transmission bandwidth,the data cannot be transmitted in real time,and can only be downloaded manually after the vehicle returns to the warehouse.This scheme studies the shortcomings of the existing urban rail transit pantograph catenary online detection scheme,and studies the data compression method of each detection equipment based on the goal of realizing real-time landing of detection data;Finally,the total amount of data to be transmitted will be reduced to the range that the train ground network can carry.The specific research contents include the following aspects:1)The video compression technology of the surveillance camera compresses the video compression in the existing scheme to H.265 through the edge node,reducing the video stream transmission bandwidth.2)Change the existing storage mode of infrared pictures,compress the infrared pictures into video format,reduce the storage space by 95%,and realize real-time transmission of video streams.3)Perform edge computing on the high-frequency data of the arc detection module,only store and send the necessary data,reducing the amount of data by 99%.4)The compression and restoration technology of constant data based on variance is studied to realize the compression and transmission of infrared temperature value in the tunnel,and the restoration method of ground data center is described.5)The cutting-edge edge computing framework is studied,and module microservice development based on open source framework reduces the risk of system development and the workload of system development.Through the research of the above technologies,the edge computing system based on the Edge X Foundry framework on the NVIDIA Jetson TX2 board is finally realized;Through the function and performance verification of the actual project,the expected effect has been achieved.At the same time,the configuration of computers in the vehicle has been reduced,and the project cost has been saved.It can be popularized and applied in the online detection project of subway pantograph and catenary.Finally,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of this scheme,and puts forward the prospect of follow-up work.
