With the adjustment of national energy strategy and upgrading of industrial structure,traditional manufacturing industry is facing multiple challenges from intensified competition,complex and dynamic operating environment.It is not uncommon for traditional manufacturing industry to fall into survival crisis due to continuous decline of performance in the process of operation.As an old traditional manufacturing enterprise,COMPANY A has different organizational learning paths and methods in each development stage in the past 70 years.Facing the current development environment at home and abroad,organizational learning adapted to the new development environment is becoming more and more important.The research on organizational learning based on the perspective of capability improvement in traditional manufacturing industry has attracted more and more attention from academia and business circles,and the improvement of enterprise capability is essentially the improvement of enterprise competitiveness and core competitiveness.However,the development and transformation of enterprises need to be personalized analysis based on the characteristics of enterprises.This paper will take A company as A case to conduct empirical research.It is hoped that the traditional manufacturing organization learning method with universal reference can be explored by taking COMPANY A as the research entry point.First of all,combining theory with practice,applying theory of firm competitive advantage,the theory of competitiveness and core competitiveness to the organizational learning of Enterprise A for research.Then,it introduces the development status of A company,identifies its core competitiveness,and use five forces model and swot to analyze the development plan of A company.Secondly,it introduces the development status of A company,identifies its core competitiveness,and uses five forces model to analyze its competitive advantage and SWOT analysis to analyze the development plan of A company.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,the main contributions of this paper are summarized,the general reference significance of the organizational learning model obtained by taking Company A as the case study is summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are explained,and the future research direction is forecasted.
