At present,there are major shortcomings in infrastructure construction in Zone C,especially the accelerated population gathering,and many problems of imperfect drainage system facilities have become clear.Phenomena such as the confluence of rainwater and sewage in drainage pipes,the low collection rate of sewage in sewage treatment plants,the accumulation of water in the rainy season and urban waterlogging have a great impact on urban development and people’s lives.In order to reduce the complexity of the basic project due to the diversion of rain and sewage,it is urgent to plan ahead,take into account the cost and quality,and design a scientific and reasonable project management model.Therefore,this paper sets the rainwater and sewage diversion reconstruction project in Area C as the research object.Through the method of project field inspection and expert demonstration,it is clear that the project has three key issues:progress management,cost management and quality management.The specific research contents are as follows.1)Design risk,Combined with risk management theory,through questionnaire investigation and field visit,the risk source and Risk List of the design project of rain and sewage diversion were made clear in turn,and the risk measurement model of the design project of rain and sewage diversion was constructed,the severity,occurrence probability and risk degree of project risk factors are analyzed and put forward,which provides a quantitative model for project quality management.The risk prevention measures are put forward from four aspects: design and test stage,preliminary design stage,make-up test stage and construction drawing design stage.2)Schedule management.Combined with the related knowledge of project schedule management,the WBS work decomposition structure,Gantt chart and other methods were used to decompose the project schedule of the design project of rain and sewage diversion,and the time needed for each project link was estimated.3)Cost control.Based on WBS work decomposition,the cost control method is adopted to estimate the project cost budget comprehensively,and the key environment of work decomposition is taken as the control variable to implement the dynamic control of project cost layer by layer.On this basis,the cost of the project has been further optimized,the project cost estimates.According to the time sequence of the project,the above-mentioned research has carried on the correlation analysis in each process,and has put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion,in order to provide the reference for the rain and sewage diversion reconstruction project management.Figure 3;Table 34;Reference 44...
