Research On Design Strategy Of Urban Lost Space Optimization Based On "Urban Double-Repair" Perspective

With the development of China's economy entering a new normal,the development of our city has entered the critical period of transformation,and the urban development has undergone a rapid expansion process.With the change of people's living habits and lifestyles brought about by the transformation of the social economic structure,the city function and the space environment are also experiencing greater impact and test.China's urban development has also experienced and is in a confused period,in the past,the process of urban transformation and renewal,there have been many patterns,there are "big demolition Dajian" Shine way,there are "fake antique" modern antique block,with the test of time,these have not become a successful urban renewal practice,And in the rapid expansion of urban development process,ignoring the natural ecology and quality of the attention,resulting in a lot of urban problems,resulting in lost space.Urban space resources can not be effectively used,urban function and space style can not meet the people's living environment of the growing demand for material and cultural,in the face of the future dynamic and pluralistic development of the new era,the idea and method is particularly important.In the study,through the deep analysis of the Lost space theory and the practical experience of the foreign experts and scholars in the process of urban renewal,our scholars have put forward new ideas for the transformation of the country's cities under the new normal conditions: from extensional expansion to intension promotion,from large-scale demolition to small-scale repair,From the unique form of architecture to the urban space style,from the functional supremacy to the humanistic care experience,from mechanization to the personalized characteristics of the context,pay more attention to urban space sense and ecosystem stability.General Secretary Xi Jinping in the Central City working Conference,the promotion of "double repair" construction,so that the city to reproduce the Green Castle Peak,the Ministry of Housing and Construction to release a series of urban work guidance to determine the pilot city,now part of the city's double repair project has been quite fruitful,and accumulated a lot of On this basis,the design method and idea of the "City Double Repair" project is applied to the renewal optimization of the lost space in the city,which has great practical significance in the situation of the low quality of the urban part space environment and the shortage of land resources.This paper mainly relies on the research of urban design theory literature and the summary and analysis of successful cases,and constructs the strategy system of urban lost space optimization and renewal design.Analysis of "graph-bottom" theory,connection theory,place theory,Schmitz theory,environmental psychology theory,Landscape urbanism theory,simultaneous movement systems and dual-scale urban theory are applied in the research of this subject,and the successful experience of Haikou and Sanya in the pilot city of "urban double repair" is summarized.Analyze the reasons for the success of the symbolic typical urban space revival case of New York High Line Park and the Canary Wharf in London,and make a multidimensional interpretation of its design strategy.Based on this research,the design Strategy system of urban lost space optimization was constructed from the aspects of material form,traffic network,behavior experience,context landscape and regional symbiosis five.At the same time,the region of Beijing CBD East expansion area is selected to carry out theoretical practice.Through the investigation and visit to the research base of the status of the conditions analysis,find out the cause of the lost space,and take this as the cut-in point,the design Strategy system of urban lost space optimization is used to optimize and update the design from five levels,This paper puts forward the urban renewal plan and summarizes and ponders the strategy system,and probes into its universal applicability in the optimization of the lost space in other cities.
