| New energy vehicles are entering the vision of consumers with a subversive product form,and major automobile enterprises are giving them more intelligent,interconnected,electric and shared product features.New energy vehicles have evolved into a more complex product.The demand for innovation and management of complex products is challenging the traditional mode in automotive industry.Complex product innovation management is not a new theory.In the past,the definition of complex products was mainly used in small-batch production,highly customized,high cost and long-cycle product systems,such as ocean cruises,rocket systems and skyscrapers.After studying the current new energy vehicles,some scholars found that they have many characteristics of complex products and can be studied according to the relevant theories of complex products.After fully absorbing the theories of complex product innovation management process,innovation evaluation method and innovation management framework,this paper studies J automobile company,a new energy vehicle start-up,and finally diagnoses the complex product innovation cognitive problem,complex product innovation behavior problem and complex product innovation management problem of J automobile company’s complex product innovation management,and formulates corresponding optimization schemes for the three types of problems,and safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the optimization scheme.This paper mainly adopts three research methods: literature research method,data research method and interview research method.Through literature research,the theoretical basis of the research is determined;Through data research,the current situation of complex product innovation management of J automobile company is found out;Through interview research,this paper identifies the problem of complex product innovation management of J automobile company.Data research method not only combines data mining technology and tools,but also applies the theory and method of social network analysis.Interview research method uses information coding and coding consistency reliability test.In the process of demonstrating the problems,we pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,introduce Pearson uncertainty diagram and the virtuous cycle theory of promoting innovation,and deduce the causes of complex product innovation management problems.Through the empirical research on J automobile company,this paper obtains a set of customized optimization scheme of complex product innovation management,opens up a new analysis and research method of management problems,and expands the application of relevant theories of complex product innovation management in the automotive industry.Hope the achievement of this paper can provide reference value to companies in the same industry. |
