Product innovation is the key to the survival and development of the enterprise.In view of the increasing demand for advanced technology products and users' personalized needs,enterprises are lack of effective comparison and verification methods in terms of advancement,efficiency,safety,environmental protection and reliability.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a product conceptual design model that integrates bionic design,reconfiguration design,TRIZ(Theory of inventive problem solving)and QFD(Quality function deployment)and so on,so as to better drive product innovation.The thesis focuses on 5 modules:(1)Conflict discovery module based on QFD and TRIZ.The transformation from user needs to functional requirements is achieved through QFD.Through the Functional Analysis(FA)and TRIZ object field models,identifies the conflicts in product systems,and determines the design goals.(2)Product innovation module based on biology characteristics.First,based on the similarity between biological system and product technology system,establishes the corresponding relationship between biological function and product function by using the functional relation between the two,and compiles the visual operating interface of biological bionic prototype.Then,based on functional basis,functional modeling and biological coupling theory,proposes a method of establishing biological function model.The multilevel transformation from organism to product is realized by using the established compound analogy mapping model.Finally,establishes the product innovation design module based on biometrics.(3)Multilevel reconfiguration module based on product characteristicsThe characteristics of function,principle,behavior and structure of the product technology system are defined.Based on the similarity of the internal characteristics of the product technology system,proposes a multilevel reconfiguration design method for various characteristics,and establishes a multi-layer reconstruction module based on product characteristics.(4)Integrated innovation design model based on the characteristics of biology and product.Based on the similarity between Biology and products,products and products,establishes a product integrated innovation design model by combining conflict detection module and comprehensive evaluation module.This model is applied to the design of the air water system,and the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified.(5)The scheme synthesis and evaluation based on the discrete particle swarm optimization(DPSO)algorithm.By using the integrated module of discrete particle swarm algorithm,this paper makes a comprehensive plan for all kinds of principle solutions of the air water making device.Then put forward a new type of structure of the air water making device.Finally using an ideal approximation evaluation on alternative ranking method,to verify the new air water making device is feasible.This research will provide some references for the development and application of product innovation design method.
