Rail Guided Vehicle is a key equipment in the production line,and its working ability determines the production efficiency.The operation instability problem of RGV passing through small radius bend under specific working conditions is solved and the optimization design method is proposed.It has practical significance to improve the performance of RGV.The influence of wheel structure,driving form and track type on the stable operation of RGV is analyzed.The structural form is selected and the kinematic model is established to obtain the relationship between the sideslip angle of centroid,velocity and the radius of bend.For the possible slip problem,the setting method of the damping system was determined.Aiming at the possible derailment problem,the RGV wheel-rail position constraint was studied to determine the range of size parameters and form the overall structure scheme.The force analysis of RGV was carried out to obtain the calculation method of minimum driving force,so as to avoid the unsmooth transition between straight track and curved track.The characteristics of different drive modes were compared by simulation and the RGV workflow was arranged accordingly to optimize its running state.The influence of setting different transition tracks or adjusting the bending speed on improving the stability of RGV operation was analyzed,which provides a basis for reducing lateral acceleration.The dynamic model of RGV was established and the design method of size parameters based on minimum aligning torque was proposed.The motion constraint equation of RGV was constructed and the relationship between track radius and body parameters was obtained.The parametric simulation model was established,and the influence degree of parameters is determined by sensitivity analysis.According to the established model and constraints,the wheel-rail position distribution was calculated to improve the RGV curve passing ability.The PSO-GA was used to determine the RGV size parameters and establish a threedimensional model based on this.The simulation results show that the performance is good.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the prototype was developed and tested.Figure 60;Table 13;Reference 51...
