Research On Standardized Design Of Interior Decoration Of Assembled Houses

With traditional construction methods causing damage to the environment,and the impact of urbanization on the construction industry.The use of industrialized technology has given rise to a new type of assembled housing that is sustainable.With the advantages of low carbon emissions,high construction efficiency and good quality,assembled houses have been developed in China,and relevant departments with enterprises around the country in line with the trend to increase promotion and application.However,in the process of promoting assembled houses,the traditional design concept and design method present some limitations,and the standardization of the building system needs to be improved,which is also reflected in the design of residential interior decoration.In this paper,we take the interior decoration of assembled houses as the object and study the design strategy to improve its standardization.Firstly,it outlines the concept and theories of standardized design in the interior decoration of assembled houses,states the contents and problems of standardized design,and proposes the design methods and design ideas of standardized interior decoration by combining the related concepts of modulization,modularization and collaborative design management.Then,three representative cities are selected to analyze the standardized design and construction of interior decoration of assembled houses from three perspectives:policy,occupants and market.The specific contents include: by summarizing and analyzing the construction of local assembled buildings in the past five years,this paper concludes the development status and promotion policies of assembled houses and assembled decoration in different places;by using questionnaire research combined with SPSS questionnaire analysis,this paper concludes the main demands of households for standardized design and construction of residential interior space;by comparing three different interior decoration methods,this paper summarize the advantages of assembled compared with traditional decoration,and the advantages of full decoration with the owner-owned decoration.Finally,through the conception of design methods and design ideas,combined with the results of research and analysis,the standardized design strategy for the interior decoration of assembled residential buildings is proposed,and the design with management of assembled residential projects are carried out with the idea of synergy between architecture and decoration.The design is based on a hierarchical modular grid combined with hierarchical modules,and the information technology advantages of BIM technology are applied to the whole process of design,production,construction and operation and maintenance,thus improving the standardization of the interior decoration of assembled houses.The design of Jiangbei New Area Talent Apartment in Nanjing is also used as an example to illustrate the logic and feasibility of the method of standardized design of interior decoration of assembled houses.
