Research On Standardized Design Method Of Assembled Housing Based On BIM Technology

With the development of China's construction industry,people's demand for residential gradually from quantity to quality and environmental protection.At present,most of the residential construction methods are based on traditional cast-in-place,This extensive mode of construction poses a great threat to the environment and resources.In order to change the development mode of the construction industry,improve the production efficiency and quality of residential products,assembled housing gradually be promoted application all over the country.But from the present application situation of the assembled housing in our country,the level of industrialization is low,and the characteristics of standardization and modularization are not fully reflected.Aiming at this problem,combined with BIM technology advantage,this paper proposes a standardized design method of assembled housing based on BIM technology,which will help to promote the improvement of the level of housing industrialization.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and international development,and puts forward the main research content and technical route.Research on BIM modeling method of assembly structure,summarize the existing problems of Revit in structural modeling,and lay a theoretical foundation for the implementation of the standard design method.Secondly,through analyzing the basic form of the current assembly structure,this paper describes the standard design principles for the assembled housing,and integrates a set of standard design process and method based on BIM.Through the establishment of BIM model library,the entire standard design process is connected in series,and the model is given to the QR code information,which is convenient for the management and use of the model library.Then,through the research on the technical function of BIM structure analysis software,analyze and introduce the model data conversion of the mainstream structure design software and BIM software,build bridges between BIM application and structure design,provide an important technical means to realize the standard design of the assembly house structure.At the end of this paper,combined with two cases of the Shenyang public rental housing and Fantasia commercial housing,standardized design method and process based on BIM are applied.With the help of standardized BIM model library,apply the modularization thinking,realize the diversified combination design of assembled housing.The coordination of majors and data integration can be conducted on the BIM platform for the high data integration of the BIM model,and it contributes to the combination among the design,producing and construction.
