Talent is the vitality and source of urban construction and development,with the development of the city and the rapid growth of housing prices,there is no economic capacity to buy young talent group,from arrival to settle in the city,the young and middle-aged talents apartment carrying the rapid urbanization process flow of talent preliminary living dream,become the important way to solve the problem of big city youth housing.As it was stated in the report to the 19 th National Congress that "houses are for living in,not speculation," we will move faster to establish a housing system that provides housing through multiple sources,provides housing support through multiple channels,and encourages both rental and purchase,so as to ensure that all people have a decent place to live in.Local governments are rolling out relevant policies.In 2017,Wuhan officially started to implement the "One Million College Students in China Plan",hoping to keep talents in Wuhan,and vigorously build apartments for young talents,to ease their housing burden and provide logistical support by renting to qualified talents at a price lower than the rental market price.At present,Wuhan Municipal Government is mainly responsible for the investment and financing of talent apartments,and the construction and later operation of the projects are mainly entrusted to real estate developers and public institutions.Due to the different development concepts of different builders,the construction quality and living quality of some talent apartment projects are uneven.Some talents apartment with the configuration of the standard for affordable housing construction,also exist in a commercial housing allocation standard of the construction of the instance,leads to the poor quality of some properties of less than thirty percent occupancy rate,and good quality housing occupancy rate can reach ninety percent,for young talent retention rates of word of mouth and talents of the apartment.To satisfy the life just need to give priority to affordable housing construction standard is difficult to meet the present youth talent groups in the pursuit of high quality life,to commercial housing construction standards has violated the talented youth apartment guarantee the nature and purpose,and therefore need a perfect the construction of a unified standard to balance the contradiction between them,and in the case of guarantee the basic life just need to improve the quality of talented youth apartment living to a great extent.This thesis mainly for young talent model area of section of standard,standardization of the apartment door model design,interior decoration and furniture configuration standard study,combining with the characteristics of young People’s Daily behavior,from the existing policy,construction situation,people demand three aspects to the current youth talents apartment in wuhan the analysis of existing problems,put forward the standardized design strategy of wuhan talented youth apartment,try to fill the blank in the research of wuhan city youth talents apartment standardized design,Through the research on the standardized design of the apartment for young talents,this paper provides a reference for the future construction of the apartment for young talents in Wuhan and the standardization design of indemnificatory housing in Wuhan.
