| At present,the new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly,mainly including hybrid vehicles,plug-in hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles.Electronic control,batteries and motors are the key technologies of electric vehicles.Among them,BMS(Battery Management System,battery management system)as the main component of the electronic control technology,to manage the vehicle battery pack,BMS fault diagnosis function is one of its important technologies to maintain battery safety.Based on UDS(Unified Diagnostic Services)protocol and CAN(Controller Area Network,CAN bus)diagnostic communication,a set of remote diagnostic system for new energy vehicle battery management system is designed,combining automotive diagnostic technology,virtual instrument technology,Embedded technology,wireless communication technology and Internet of Vehicles platform to troubleshoot the new energy vehicle battery management system,making vehicle diagnosis more efficient and easier.Firstly,this article analyzes the principle of the remote diagnosis system of the battery management system,classifies the detection and diagnosis methods of the fault type of the electric vehicle battery management system,and analyzes the diagnosis principle of the battery pack voltage,current,temperature,relay status,and high voltage insulation.And set the corresponding fault range.Then the functional requirements of the vehicle terminal system are analyzed,and the software and hardware design scheme of the vehicle terminal system is proposed.The vehicle terminal hardware design uses the ARM Cortex-A53 framework high-performance processor and the vehicle-level functional safety chip MPC5744 for development Peripheral power supply module,4G communication module,CAN communication module,CAN to SPI communication module and SD card storage module are designed for hardware.Finally,the software design of the vehicle terminal equipment and the host computer system for remote diagnosis is carried out.The fault diagnosis interface is presented on the remote PC.The human-computer interaction interface is developed with Lab VIEW,and the remote diagnosis function is realized by using the Web publishing function of Lab VIEW Real-time monitoring of fault diagnosis status of electric vehicle battery management system through remote diagnosis platform.After the design is completed,a complete test environment is built to test the system. |
