Chassis dynamometer is an important part of vehicle testing equipment.With the continuous improvement of national standards and requirements for vehicle testing,higher requirements are put forward for the testing accuracy and reliability of chassis dynamometer.The higher the accuracy of the dynamic loading system of the chassis dynamometer,the higher the detection accuracy of the vehicle chassis dynamometer.On the contrary,there will be a large error between the detection test results of the chassis dynamometer and the road detection test results.The traditional chassis dynamometer needs many cycles to detect the vehicle performance,which has some problems,such as long test cycle,cumbersome test procedures and large consumption of human and material resources.With the progress of science and technology,the virtual prototype technology with computer technology as the core came into being.Using computer to establish Parametric Virtual Prototype and carry out the simulation analysis of motion control integration for complex mechanical system can accurately analyze the performance of mechanical system simulation test on virtual site,laboratory and testing equipment,and comprehensively analyze and compare various design schemes in a short time,It can reduce the number of tests and improve the design quality,which provides a new idea for vehicle performance analysis and reliability assessment.Aiming at the problems of low loading accuracy and cumbersome program in chassis dynamometer system,an AC Chassis Dynamometer System Based on ADAMS and matlab/simulink joint simulation is constructed to improve the performance of chassis dynamometer dynamic loading system.The dynamic model of AC Chassis dynamometer is established based on ADAMS,the control system model of AC Chassis dynamometer is established based on MATLAB / Simulink,the joint simulation data interaction interface is established through Adams / controls module,the joint simulation system of AC Chassis dynamometer is constructed,and the joint simulation system of AC Chassis dynamometer is simulated and analyzed based on four different driving conditions of vehicles,It is verified that the AC Chassis Dynamometer joint simulation system has good dynamic loading performance.Compared with the real vehicle chassis dynamometer test,the AC Chassis Dynamometer System Based on ADAMS / Simulink joint simulation constructed in this paper reduces the detection error from 7.63% to 1.71%,which proves that the system has higher accuracy than the traditional chassis dynamometer system,It can replace the traditional chassis dynamometer for vehicle sliding test,and provides a new way for vehicle bench performance test.
