| With the continuous improvement of mechanical automation level,people are not only satisfied with the realization of its basic functions,but also for the mechanical noise has strict requirements.Automatic flat door are often used in hotels,banks and other places,so there are more stringent requirements for noise.The automatic flat door is driven by the reduction gearbox.The working environment inside the reducer has high requirements for gears and bearings.When the reduction gearbox is in a bad working environment for a long time,it will inevitably lead to large vibration and noise of the automatic door drive system.Therefore,the research on noise reduction of gated reduction gearbox has great application value.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on noise mechanism of reduction gearbox.The relationship between mechanical vibration and noise is analyzed;the vibration and noise mechanism of gears and bearings is analyzed;the transmission route of vibration and noise of gearbox is described,which provides theoretical basis for subsequent simulation and experiment.(2)Structural design and modal analysis of gated reduction gearbox.The structure of the gated reduction gearbox is designed,and the modal analysis of the reduction gearbox is carried out.According to the vibration of the box structure,the improvement scheme is put forward: the reinforcement is added to the lower box body,and the damping pad is added to the connection between the upper and lower box body and the support.The results show that the box vibration is effectively improved.(3)Noise reduction simulation of gated reduction gearbox.Combined with the axial force calculation and bearing selection,the research range of gear helical angle was determined to be 19°~23°,and the meshing noise of the gear with the helical angle range was simulated,the simulation results show that the sound pressure level is the smallest when the helical angle is 23°;at the same time,the vibration model of the bearing is established,and the statics and dynamics analysis of 6000-2z deep groove ball bearing with ball number of 7,8 and 9 are carried out,the results show that the deformation and vibration of the bearing are the best when the ball number is 9.(4)Noise reduction test of gated reduction gearbox.According to the results of noise reduction simulation of gated reduction gearbox,the noise of reduction gearbox with helical angle from 19° to 23° is tested under no-load and load conditions,the results show that the sound pressure level of reduction gearbox is the smallest when the helical angle is 23°;based on the optimization of the helical angle parameters,the noise test of the reduction gearbox with different number of ball bearings was carried out,the results show that the sound pressure level of the reduction gearbox with 9 ball bearings is the lowest. |
