| As one of the main bodies of public management,state-owned enterprises play a leading role in maintaining and consolidating the character of socialist public ownership,and leading the development of national economy.However,the salary distribution system of state-owned enterprises can not adapt to the domestic and foreign market economic environment at present.In view of many problems existing in the current salary distribution system of state-owned enterprises,it is the general trend to further improve and perfect the distribution system.It is necessary to re-explore,research,design and improve the salary distribution system of state-owned enterprises according to the requirements of market economy.Based on the advanced research results of salary management at home and abroad,combined with China’s unique national conditions,this thesis optimizes the salary distribution system of state-owned port enterprise A.This thesis first introduces the basic concepts of state-owned enterprises and salary,and expounds the factors influencing salary distribution.After that,this thesis analyzes the current salary distribution system: annual salary system and post performance salary system,starting from the current situation of human resources in state-owned port enterprise A,under the guidance of equity theory,two factor theory,comprehensive salary theory,etc.Next,through the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,it is found that there are some problems in the current salary distribution system,such as the internal salary cannot reflect the position difference;the salary distribution system is not transparent;there is lack of communication;the salary does not match the work performance;the salary is lower than the salary of the same industry;there is poor external fairness;there is rigid grading;there is lack of flexibility of salary increase,etc.The author analyzes that the reasons for the low salary satisfaction are poor pertinence of performance appraisal,unclear quantitative indicators,small differentiation of salary distribution system,lack of democracy and transparency of salary distribution procedure,and lack of flexible adjustment mechanism of salary system.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis uses the element point method to evaluate the position of the company.Finally,based on the post evaluation results,the salary system of state-owned port enterprise A,including basic salary,performance salary and welfare allowance is optimized,according to the post performance salary system and annual salary system,which improves the payment satisfaction of employees. |
