Flow measurement is ubiquitous in life.Ultrasonic flow measurement devices have the advantages of no contact,wide measurement range,high measurement accuracy,cost does not change greatly with the increase of pipe diameter,and measurement is not easily affected by the surrounding environment,which has caused various companies to study upsurge.However,most of the ultrasonic flow measurement devices used in my country’s water supply pipelines are imported from abroad,which are costly and difficult to maintain.Based on this situation,this article has developed an ultrasonic flow measurement device that is convenient to install,high in measurement accuracy,and low in cost,suitable for water supply pipelines.This design uses ultrasonic sensing principle combined with embedded technology,and mainly conducts research on flow test of water supply pipeline.The piezoelectric ceramic transducer is selected,the high-precision time measurement chip TDC-GP22 is used as the timing measurement core,the core control part uses the MSP430F4152 chip,the M-Bus is used to realize remote meter reading,and the optimized and efficient Kalman filtering method for data processing.At the same time,the appropriate program was selected and the software and hardware design,the drawing and debugging of the PCB board,the data acquisition and analysis under the experimental environment were carried out.Tests and verifications in an experimental environment show that the device has good performance,low power consumption,reduced costs,and can realize remote meter reading with an accuracy of 1%,which is in line with the expected goal.It is of great significance to the development of the water supply industry.The development of measuring devices provides a reference direction.
