| VTS(Vessel Traffic Services)system is a multi-technology fusion and integration system which includes radar,communication,computer network and information processing technology.In the past 20 years,our country has built a large number of VTS in the coastal areas and the ports along the Yangtze River by introducing foreign technology.With the development of water transportation,the enhancement of national information security,the improvement of the user’s efficiency and the demand of intelligence,it is imperative to make VTS system home-made.The current VTS system uses manual radio Voice Communication for ship identification,Traffic Safety Command,risk alert and alarm,ship in and out of Port Organization,etc.With the increase of vessel throughput in and out of the port and the increasing complexity of the port traffic situation,the workload of the duty officer of the system has increased sharply.Because of the delaying the voice command alarm,more and more marine accidents occur.The main research content of this thesis is the solution and system design and prototype realization of the domestic intelligent VTS voice automatic broadcasting subsystem.The main research and development contents are as follows:(1)Event engine module: The editing of monitoring area based on ECDIS is realized to for customization of accident-prone area,Forbidden Area,Anchorage area,warning area,grounding area and navigation lane.The Algorithms of event classification,information format(grounding,Yaw,collision,entering the Forbidden Area by mistake,overspeed,etc.)and realtime event generation are studied.(2)Database module: An open-source Postgre SQL database is analyzed,designed and implemented to store ship information,alarm text and voice,ship real-time navigation events and other related information.The database management interface based on B/S architecture is implemented with Java Servlet JSP and Tomcat.(3)Information processing module: real-time ship events are processed in running time,alarm text or linked voice files are generated by linkage database query,and radio communication VHF subsystem(VHF)is driven to carry out automatic voice broadcast by Vio P technology.This subsystem has been realized by detailed design and prototype,and integrated into a new generation of domestic intelligent VTS system,and has been tested in a port,which has been praised by users,and will be fully improved for promotion and application. |
