| The voice communication of ships is the foundation of modern maritime communication.When navigating and operating at sea,ship-to-ship and interdepartmental communication within the ship needs to be conducted through marine IP telephones.External communication is also required with other ships,shore communication facilities,and satellite stations,to meet the voice communication needs for navigation and daily operations.The voice communication exchange system realizes the call control,business management,and data exchange of ship-to-ship communication,serving as an integrated link between the ship’s internal and external communication.The existing ship voice communication exchange system based on program-controlled switching technology has revealed drawbacks such as low intelligent call control,poor scalability,and difficult information sharing.It is difficult to meet the intelligent and scalable requirements of ship voice communication.With the rapid development of network technology and voice communication exchange technology,voice over internet protocol(VOIP)technology is increasingly mature,and softswitch technology based on session initiation protocol(SIP)as the mainstream control signaling protocol is developing rapidly.Therefore,developing a ship voice communication exchange system based on softswitch technology has high application value.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the network architecture,functional requirements,and technical characteristics of ship voice communication based on research on ship voice communication technology and softswitch technology.Considering the reliability and scalability requirements of ship voice communication,the paper combines web technology and database technology to develop a ship voice communication softswitch system based on the Free SWITCH softswitch.The system realizes functions such as intercommunication between ship voice communication terminals,call control,telephone conference management,and event message communication.The results of functional verification and performance test show that the ship voice communication softswitch system designed and implemented based on Free SWITCH in this paper can realize interconnection,call control,telephone conference management,event message communication and other functions,and improve the efficiency of internal ship voice communication,cooperation and information sharing.At the same time,it has the advantages of strong expansibility,good reliability,flexibility and easy maintenance,which can meet the functional requirements and reliability requirements of ship voice communication. |
