| The long-span tied arch bridge requires construction monitoring due to its complex construction and technical difficulties.Precise control of the arch bridge construction process is the key to improving construction efficiency and quality and ensuring bridge safety.However,there are many types and large amounts of construction monitoring data,which are often recorded in the form of documents,and the display method is not intuitive.With the help of the advantages of BIM technology,it has gradually become a trend to apply it to bridge construction monitoring.This article takes the construction of a long-span tied arch bridge on the Ganshen high-speed railway as the engineering background,and applies BIM technology to the arch bridge construction monitoring process for secondary development.The arch bridge BIM model is transformed into a finite element analysis model,and the construction monitoring numerical simulation is carried out.At the same time,the BIM model is used to realize the integration and visualization of construction monitoring data.The specific research content includes:(1)Based on the Revit core modeling software,the box girder parametric modeling plug-in and the grid parametric modeling plug-in were developed through secondary development technology.Then use the plug-in to use Revit software to carry out parametric modeling of the arch bridge,and finally realize the establishment of the BIM model of the long-span tied arch bridge.(2)Based on the secondary development technology of BIM,select the widely used and mature 3D modeling software Revit in BIM technology and the more general Midas Civil software in bridge structure analysis as the research objects.Construct the basic framework of the data conversion interface,realize the data conversion between Revit software and Midas Civil software,and achieve the purpose of converting the BIM model into a finite element analysis model.(3)Taking a tied arch bridge of the Ganshen high-speed railway as the engineering background,the finite element model derived from the data conversion of the established BIM model is used to simulate the construction process of the whole bridge for calculation and analysis.The theoretical data of line type,stress and cable force calculated based on the theoretical model are compared with the field measured data to guide the construction,and the cable force adjustment plan is given to make the bridge construction meet the design requirements.(4)Combined with the secondary development technology,developed the arch bridge construction monitoring data management module based on Revit software.Efficiently integrate tied arch bridge construction monitoring information,realize the visual expression of monitoring data,facilitate the retrieval of relevant data,and visually display the stress and deformation of the bridge at different construction stages. |
