| With the rapid development of the information and communication technology industry,the information transmission performance and product quality of cables has increasingly demanding.It is very important for the design and production process of cables to use computer software to conduct 3D modeling and performance simulation in advance.However,the traditional manual modeling method using CAD software has some problems,such as low design efficiency,long cycle,high technical requirements for designers and difficult to ensure the quality of cable modeling.Therefore,it is necessary to develop customized functional modules for enterprises by using secondary development technology.According to the actual cable modeling requirements of D enterprise,this paper studies the parametric modeling of coaxial cable based on the secondary development tools Creo/TOOLKIT and Visual Studio 2015 platform of Creo5.0 software.This topic aims at designers to obtain the required cable models in Creo5.0 with one click.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the standardized design method of cable parametric modeling system,combines the actual needs of enterprises,applies the standardized design idea,and develops the special function module of cable modeling for enterprises in Creo software.(2)Research on the specific method of realizing the specific modeling function of Creo by using the secondary development library Creo/TOOLKIT,including the establishment of menus,the establishment of various datum features,the establishment of general entity features,the assembly of models and other specific functions.(3)Research on the UI design method provided by Creo UI editor,including the way to write the resource file of UI dialog box and the way to use the operation function of related controls.(4)The unified and standardized modeling method of coaxial cable is studied.Combined with the modular programming idea,the program modeling of each structure layer is carried out by using the characteristics of coaxial center line of cable:single(multi)core inner conductor,coating,insulation layer,longitudinal(winding)package,braid,etc.(5)In order to realize the synchronous implementation of cable 3D modeling and performance simulation,a preliminary study is carried out,which integrates the secondary development of 3D software and simulation software. |
