In recent years,the world’s ships have shown a trend of large-scale development.The capacity of existing waterways can no longer meet the needs of ships,and arriving ships sometimes need to wait at anchorages before enter the port.In order to improve the passing capacity of the channel,the port will convert a one-way channel into a two-way channel to obtain higher traffic efficiency.With its width advantage,the two-way channel can allow ships in and out of the port to travel at the same time,which can greatly alleviate the congestion problem,thereby improving the overall traffic efficiency.However,there are dangerous situations such as encountering and overtaking in the two-way channel.How to study the sequence of ship entry and exit scheduling under the double channel in the event of interruption problems such as delayed arrival of ships is the key consideration to test whether the port can quickly restore the order of port operations.This research takes two-way waterway ports as the research object,and fully considers the constraints of the two-way navigation service rules,and focuses on the impact of ship postponement on the order of entry and exit of ships in the port.The work done is as follows:(1)Starting from the research background,the research status of existing literature is introduced from three aspects.Firstly,some researches on channel operation are described,and then some main port scheduling problems are introduced,including the order of ships entering and leaving the port and some other classic problems.Finally,the method of system disturbed recovery is introduced.This part is the main means to solve the problem in this paper.(2)The research on the order of ships entering and leaving the port belongs to the queuing system in essence.The relevant knowledge of queuing theory is introduced in detail.In the port service system,the "customer" is the ship and the "server" is a series of operating systems in the port.Consider the factors that affect the entry and exit of ships: arrival ship flow,channel conditions,natural conditions,etc.Genetic algorithm and other heuristic algorithms used in this paper are introduced to do a good job of theoretical basis.(3)this paper consider the ship in the waterway may occur within the constraints of meeting and overtaking both within the waterway traffic rules to adjust scheme,roads built for all ships in the port of the target of minimizing the total waiting time of mixed integer programming model,get a new ship,or order plan,design into the forbidden rules of improved genetic algorithm to solve.In the example experiment,the delay time and the number of delayed ships are considered.The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the time of ships in port,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,and provides decision support for the optimization of the scheduling order of ships in and out of port in two-way channel.
