As an important clean energy,liquefied natural gas(LNG)has the advantages of convenient storage and transportation,green environmental protection and good safety performance.With the shortage of energy,environmental pollution and the adjustment of national energy strategy,China has a huge new demand for LNG,which drives the rapid development of LNG transportation industry.In order to ensure the stable supply and sustainable development of LNG,LNG multimodal transport with tank container as the carrier has become the most potential transportation mode.However,due to various influencing factors in the process of multimodal transport,there are fixed schedule restrictions,and LNG has the characteristics of uncertain transportation demand,flammability and explosion,LNG tank container multimodal transport is facing multiple complex constraints.In order to better meet the demand of LNG market,combined with the schedule characteristics of railway transportation and waterway transportation,the uncertainty of LNG transportation demand and LNG transportation risk,this paper discusses the path planning of LNG tank container multimodal transportation under complex conditions.(1)Based on the demand and development status of LNG transportation market,this paper combs and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and puts forward the existing problems and deficiencies.Based on this,this paper defines the research content of this paper,and introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of multimodal transport,LNG tank container transportation,uncertain planning and genetic algorithm.(2)This paper analyzes the complex conditions of LNG tank container multimodal transport.Firstly,according to the characteristics of railway transport and water transport,the whole transport process is divided into transport links,transfer links and waiting links,and the vehicle and ship schedule in multimodal transport is clearly described.Secondly,it analyzes the uncertainty of LNG transport demand and uses triangular fuzzy numbers to deal with it.Thirdly,it starts with the influencing factors of LNG tank container multimodal transport safety,Combined with the relevant data of dangerous goods transportation accidents,the risks of all links in LNG tank container multimodal transport are determined.(3)From the perspective of multimodal transport operators,this paper comprehensively considers the complex conditions in the process of LNG tank transportation,takes the shortest transportation time,the lowest transportation cost and the lowest transportation risk as the optimization objectives,establishes the LNG tank container multimodal transport path planning model,and designs the genetic algorithm to solve it.(4)Combined with the actual data,the example analysis is carried out and solved by Python software to obtain the optimal transportation scheme and calculation results of multimodal transportation.Compared with the results of single transportation mode,it is verified that the cooperation mode of multiple transportation modes has significant advantages in improving transportation efficiency,saving transportation cost and ensuring transportation safety. |
