With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,container transportation plays an increasingly important role in China’s social and economic development.Due to the unbalanced development level of productive forces and distribution of natural resources in China,the trade between regions is also unbalanced,which ultimately leads to the unbalanced demand for hollow heavy containers in the process of container transportation.In order to solve this problem,empty containers need to be transported between different regions.The scientific and reasonable transportation method can reduce the transportation time,reduce the transportation cost and improve the efficiency of container transportation.Through in-depth analysis of empty container transportation process,the multi-objective comprehensive optimization method of empty container transportation cost and arrival time is studied.The railway special container(hereinafter referred to as special container)refers to the special container with special structure and equipment designed to meet the special transportation needs of goods.For special cases,the sites of special containers have different needs,different container and the special case of supply and demand are often uncertain,in this case,it is necessary to analysis different area source,capacity requirements,set up comprehensive scheduling model accord with the characteristics of special containers,adopt scientific scheduling method,reasonable flow channel special box.In view of the above series of problems,first of all,on the basis of a large number of literature reading,this study sorted out the problems of empty railway special boxes and the status quo of uncertainty optimization methods at home and abroad.From the perspective of marketing,the stochastic chance constraint model of railway special container empty container transportation based on customer preference is constructed.From the perspective of transportation production of the enterprise itself,the stochastic opportunity optimization model of railway special boxes with time window is established,and the particularity of special boxes is added into the model to make it more in line with the real business scene.For these two kinds of special transport model,the thesis has designed two kinds of algorithm is used to respectively,for the first model in this thesis,the design limits of pareto optimal solution search algorithm,and for the second model in this thesis,the application of genetic algorithm,design the corresponding matrix coding method,fitness calculation,crossover operator and mutation operator.Finally,a simulation example is given to verify the similarities and differences between the two model scheduling schemes from different perspectives,and to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model compared with the solution under the condition of supply and demand determination.At the same time,it has certain reference value to the research of railway special box transportation.
