The rapid development of container port trade has led to the surge of container port cargo throughput and operation.As one of the rare resources of the terminal,the efficient utilization of berth resources has a crucial impact on the improvement of port efficiency.In reality,ports usually make berth scheduling plans according to the ship’s schedule,but some disruption factors(such as bad weather,equipment damage,etc.)will often prevent ships from arriving at the port according to the expected time,and the information on ship delays is often not delivered to the downstream ports in time,which results in the original berth scheduling plans of the downstream ports not being executed.In response to this problem,the distributed information storage and management method of blockchain and the features of decentralization and nontampering provide new opportunities for real-time and efficient transmission and disruption of data and information,and also provide new ideas for reducing uncertainty disruption.The ship operation information sharing platform built based on blockchain can realize the whole realtime tracking of ships,break the mode of traditional information system of information sharing only within a certain organization,and build a new mode of large-scale data information sharing in real-time across departments.Through the sharing of information,the disruption of uncertain factors is reduced,the delay of ships in port is reduced,and the operation efficiency of ships in port is improved,and the waiting time and cost of ships in port are reduced.Focusing on the above problem content,Firstly,a new mode of berth scheduling operation based on blockchain information sharing is proposed,and designed a blockchain-based alliance chain framework between upstream and downstream ports and the ships.Secondly,This thesis focuses on the operation pattern and method of dynamic berth scheduling,under the blockchain sharing mechanism.It discusses the influence of the blockchain mechanism and explores the impact of information sharing on disruption management in berth scheduling.In this thesis,a mixed integer planning model is established with the objective of minimizing ship turnaround time in port,and the cplex solver is applied to solve the model.It is also verified through numerical experiments that the sharing mechanism based on the federated chain has obvious advantages in terms of real-time and accuracy of information,and the sharing of relevant loading and unloading operation information of upstream ports can improve the berth utilization efficiency of downstream ports,shorten the ship turnaround time in port,reduce the disruption of uncertainties factors on the port berth schedule,and reduce the spreading impact caused by ship delays.Finally,a reasonable cost allocation is carried,and four different basic cost sharing mechanisms are designed and compared.
