Today,with the continuous improvement of urban economic level,people’s demand for travel is increasing,but the problem of parking has become a common problem in various cities,which greatly affects people’s normal life.With the sharing concept gaining popularity,shared parking spaces have gradually become an important means to solve the problem of difficult parking.For parking space sharing platforms,reservation allocation plans for parking spaces are usually organized with the aim of maximizing revenue.These parking space allocation plans are often influenced by various uncertain factors in the actual implementation stage,such as the unpunctual behavior(delayed departure)of the reserved car owners in line with objective reality,which leads to the disruption of the allocation plans made by the platform,which is extremely unfavorable to the operation and management of the platform.Therefore,based on the background conditions of the parking space sharing platform and Internet technology,this paper considers the uncertainty of the actual environment of the allocation plan,optimizes the parking space reservation allocation plan,and at the same time designs a parking space sharing APP to solve the parking difficulty problem is very meaningful.First,this paper constructs a shared parking space allocation model under deterministic conditions from the perspective of the parking space reservation platform manager.Based on the model related to the background management of parking reservation,after getting all the reservation information,the cost of user charging demand and platform idle parking space is considered,and the unified decision of the whole parking space allocation plan is made with the goal of maximizing the platform revenue.Finally,through numerical analysis experiments,100 sets of parking space supply time slots and 1200 sets of parking demand time slots are randomly generated.When the demand is close to the [200,600] interval,the parking space utilization rate and platform profit of this scheme are better than the first-come-first-served scheme,and the matching success rate is better than the first-come-first-served scheme in the overall,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.Secondly,based on the shared parking space allocation model under deterministic conditions,considering the impact of uncertain factors such as owners’ delay in leaving,the buffer time optimization allocation model is established.The weighted sum method is used to convert the berth plan revenue and robustness function into a single objective function.With the help of MATLAB and gurobi solver,the effectiveness of this method is verified by numerical examples,and the sensitivity of key parameters is analyzed,In the example of parking space supply of 3 and parking demand of 20,with the increasing weight,the platform revenue shows an upward trend,and the robustness shows a decline,with a change range of [20,32],which verifies the rationality of the model.Finally,this paper designed and developed the mobile client APP according to the demand of parking space sharing,and completed the functional modules of user registration and login,parking space authentication,parking space release,parking space search,parking space reservation,and network communication between the client and the server.After related tests,the basic functional modules of the client meet the design requirements,the compatibility is good,and the overall performance meets the expected results.
