Due to the low level of constru,ction information management,the tight schedule of pipeline construction and the restricted construction space,the phenomenon of "fighting" in the construction space often occurs during the construction process,which seriously affects the progress of the project.The traditional construction collision check mostly uses mathematical planning analysis and static detection methods,which have the disadvantages of cumbersome calculation and large deviation of the calculation solution,and are not suitable for the current large-scale construction collision check.In this paper,we analyse the information file(DXF format file)to pre-process the information,construct the time conflict model and space occupation model of the cross operation of spatial collision according to the construction characteristics of the station pipeline,introduce the axial enclosing box(AABB)algorithm,construct the conflict checking model of the parallel construction space at the construction site,and develop the intelligent system platform for construction space collision checking.The main research results are as follows.(1)Through literature survey and actual engineering case study,the characteristics of multi-discipline pipeline construction collision at station sites and the types of construction collision are analysed,and the principle of collision checking and the method of solving collision checking are discussed,and the axial envelope box algorithm is proposed as the core algorithm for intelligent detection of construction space collision.(2)Information classification and interpretation are carried out according to the characteristics and structure of the drawing element information file(DXF file)format.On this basis,the extraction process and framework of the corresponding graphical element information were studied.Based on the JAVA programming language,the intelligent extraction of information from DXF format files of pipeline construction plans is also realised.(3)The construction collision checking models,including the operation time model,the operation space model and the construction operation time and space conflict detection model,are constructed based on the characteristics of the axially enclosed box(AABB)algorithm.The models were also integrated based on the VScode platform to realise an intelligent collision checking system for multi-professional crossover operations.The performance of the construction space conflict checking system platform operation was tested by using examples to simulate the operation of the system platform,and the test showed that the system can accurately reflect the construction collision professions and the specific conflict time and space.(4)A multi-professional pipeline construction project at a station site was studied as a case study,and the algorithm and model established were used to read the drawing information and the intelligent checking of the construction space collision,and the results showed that there were 17 days of conflict between the two BC professions,and in the time period of that conflict,it was obtained that during the construction from March 30 to April 3,the water supply and drainage profession and the electric power profession had 5 days on the construction operation space The conflict.A comparative analysis of the construction collision result optimisation measures was carried out to obtain the optimal construction scheduling results.The analysis of this study shows that the model can effectively predict the space occupation conflicts between parallel construction operations on the construction site,and in large and complex projects,it can also improve the construction efficiency and quality of the site more significantly,thus minimising the rework problems.
