Since China’s reform and opening up,China’s economy has begun to enter the road of rapid development,and there are more and more domestic engineering construction enterprises.Previously,due to the rapid development of the country,all major enterprises can earn enough profits.However,with the beginning of China’s economic transformation,the engineering construction market began to shrink,which also led to the fierce competition in engineering contracting business,Major engineering contracting enterprises have improved and deepened their marketing strategies,which intensifies the fierce competition in the existing market.In this case,China Construction Seventh bureau also has to formulate scientific and reliable marketing strategies to expand the market.Based on the development background of the construction industry,this paper first expounds the research background,research significance and research purpose of this paper,and then describes the marketing status and existing problems of China Construction Seventh Bureau.Secondly,by analyzing the macro environment and micro environment of China Construction Seventh Bureau,we recognize the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of China Construction Seventh Bureau.On this basis,the target customer group of China Construction Seventh Bureau will be defined,and the corresponding products,prices,channels and promotion strategies will be formulated according to the target customer group to make up for the shortcomings of the existing marketing strategy of China Construction Seventh Bureau.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy,four safeguard measures are formulated:establishing a modern marketing concept,improving the performance appraisal system,improving the efficiency of information management and establishing a professional marketing team.So as to enhance the modern marketing ability of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau,and further expand the market share of project contracting business under the existing market share.This paper studies the marketing strategy of China Construction Seventh Bureau through field investigation,so as to improve the market competitiveness of China Construction Seventh Bureau,promote the healthy and benign development of engineering contracting business,play a leading role for other branches of the company,and have reference significance for other construction enterprises.
