| Under the world pattern of "one superpower and more powerful",the economic and political structures of all countries are closely linked.China’s economy is closely following the high-quality development.The layout of economic development is adjusted and optimized.Enterprises also continue to strengthen internal control and improve the level of enterprise management,making the internal structure scientific and reasonable,and fierce mutual competition is staged in international enterprises and Chinese enterprises.Under the guidance of modern scientific management theory,the internal competitive strategic decision-making of enterprises is more refined,which also brings greater advantages.On the one hand,the study of internal and external environment is more accurate and precise.On the other hand,it can optimize and upgrade the internal resources of enterprises and improve their market competitiveness.Taking construction enterprises as an example,under the evolution of economic globalization,challenges and opportunities coexist.According to the statistics of China in 2021,although the total output value and total profit of construction enterprises are still at the peak stage,the input of resource factors is still the key reason for promoting economic development.In recent years,the economic interests of construction enterprises have been at a long-term low ebb.This is due to the emergence of problems such as low information technology,poor industrialization development resources,serious lack of innovation ability,and confusion in management models,which have led to their growing into a situation of low profits and an era of all-round competition.This article takes QY Construction Engineering Company as the research object,collects and sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature,and based on relevant theories such as enterprise strategy and competitive strategy,conducts an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of QY Construction Engineering Company’s EPC general contracting business,with the aim of making a competitive strategy that adapts to the new situation.Firstly,the research analyzes the macro environment,industry environment,and other external environments faced by the EPC general contracting business of QY Construction Engineering Company using PEST analysis model,Porter’s Five Forces model,and CPM matrix methods;Secondly,VRIO analysis and other methods are used to analyze the enterprise resources and capabilities of QY Construction Engineering Company;Again,SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix are used to select appropriate competitive strategies for QY Construction Engineering Company.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,and carries out strategic effect evaluation and correction to ensure the effective operation of the competitive strategy of the EPC general contracting business of QY Construction Engineering Company,with a view to providing reference for the optimization and improvement of the competitive strategy of the EPC general contracting business of other construction enterprises. |
