Research On The Schedule Control Of Dilapidated House Renovation Project In Y Town,Shidian County

With the fight against poverty started nationwide,various poverty alleviation projects have begun to be implemented in various places.The rural dilapidated house renovation project,as an important measure to ensure the housing safety of poor farmers in the overall goal of poverty alleviation,is a key link in the entire poverty alleviation task.Whether the project can be completed on time and with quality will directly affect the smooth implementation of the poverty alleviation task,the successful realization of the poverty alleviation goal of the whole county,the whole city,the whole province and even the whole country,and the complete construction of a well-off society.How to carry out effective schedule control of the project and the scientific and systematic use of effective schedule control methods are of great significance to project schedule control.This paper takes the rural dilapidated house renovation project in Y Town,Shidian County as the research object,through the related project schedule management theory,the literature research method is adopted to understand the project schedule management theory and domestic and foreign schedule management ideas,and learn from the advanced project schedule management experience at home and abroad to conduct research on the rural dilapidated house renovation project in Y Town,Shidian County.By means of interviews and field surveys,this paper finds out the progress control problems affected by unclear inventory of dangerous buildings,substandard quality and external environmental constraints in the project implementation process.With the help of causal analysis tools,the causes of the progress control problems in the project implementation process are analyzed.In view of the unreasonable resource allocation,backward technical methods and poor environmental response ability,this paper puts forward solutions to the problems from three aspects: rational resource allocation,strengthening technical management and improving environmental response mechanism,realize effective management of project progress,promote project completion on time,and ensure the effectiveness of rural dilapidated house renovation projects,so as to enable Shidian County to achieve a smooth poverty alleviation and exit in this battle against poverty.The research results of this article can be of substantial help to this fight against poverty,can play a certain reference significance for the management of rural construction projects in the future,and provide certain management ideas for the implementation of the subsequent rural revitalization strategy.
